Deposit:
Guest will be required to make a deposit equal to one night's room rate plus tax for bookings of 1-2 nights.
50% deposit required for bookings over 3 nights.

Cancellation Policy - 100% Refund if cancellation is 30 days prior to check in date.
Nightly/Weekend Booking - Guests will be charged one nights room and tax for any reservation not cancelled within 30 days prior to arrival, or no shows.
Hales Passage will attempt to re-rent your room. However, if the room is not rented, you will be charged the full room rate + taxes.
Weekly Booking - Guests will be charged 2 nights room and tax for any reservation not cancelled within 30 days prior to arrival.
Restrictions - No Smoking or Fireworks. Sorry no pets! Grounds and Rooms are not handicap accessible. No minor children are to be left alone without adult supervision.

All guests have free use of the sauna located outside your room. Minors must have adult supervision.
